Main Vault out of sync: want to reset it using a secondary vault

At this point in time, for reasons too embarrassing to tell, my secondary vault is wholly accurate, my primary vault has some missing and out of date entries. Would like to overwrite my primary vault with the contents of my secondary vault. Is there any way to do this?

I notice the secondary vault will not export or backup separately from the primary vault. Nor can I delete the primary vault. So now don't know how to get "there" from "here." :(

Is there a way?

Mike

    1. Disable any 1P sync you have.
    2. Export the contents of the secondary vault to a .1pif file (1P > File > Export...).
    3. Follow this knowledge base article exactly to start over on your Mac.
    4. Import the contents of the .1pif file in to your primary vault.
    5. Securely delete the .1pif file once you have checked all is as it should be. Note that the .1pif file is not encrypted so don't leave it lying around on your machine.

    Note I'm assuming you're using 1P4 or 1P5.
