Auto-fill function seems to be broken

As of yesterday, I started noticing that my username and password isn't filling in the correct fields when using Chrome (Version 41.0.2272.118). I unlock 1password a and then select the password I want to enter, but nothing happens. This has happened on multiple different websites of the last few days.

I just updated to the most recent version of 1password this morning but I'm still noticing the problem. Thanks.

    I have a situation where 1Password logs in fine to a particular website in OSX but will not fill in the UN PW at all on an Ipad version 5.3 on the same website either through the built in browser or Safari. I have read many of the posts on the forum about auto fill issues and tried all the suggestions including manually adding details and turning ‘auto fill’ off.
    An example web site is www.johnlewis.com - works fine with OSX but not IOS – does not fill in any of the details.
    Any suggestions?

    I'm also having a small auto-fill issue since the most recent 1Password update: 5.3 (530029); Mac OS X 10.10.3 (same happened on 10.10.2). For many sites, when I used to auto fill with 1Password, the UN and PWD would be filled and then the log-in page's Submit (or similar) button would be auto-clicked. The auto-click is no longer happening.
