trial expired upgrade disabled
I have been usin 1 password for one year aprox.
Now a message is shown: trial expired. click here to buy.
I think that this message has something to do with the upgrade from 1password 4 to 1password 5. But when i try to upgrade the license the one I have (a Single License for 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle ) is disabled, so I cannot buy the upgrade...
What can I do to fix the problem?

There was a bug in 1PW4 that meant some people who did not have a license were never told that their trial had expired. This bug was squashed in 1PW5, which is why you are now seeing the "trial expired" message.
The license is the same for 1PW4 and 1PW5, so if you have a license for 1PW4 there would be no upgrade possible or necessary.
I would guess that the issue is that you never applied the license when you bought it. The license for 1PW4/5 is a license file that needs to be applied, not a key as in previous versions. You should have a copy of the file among your emails, but if it is missing you can recover it from AgileBits web site.
Of course, it is possible that you only have a license for 1PW3 and have been running an unlicensed version of 1PW4.

I have good news for you, @mtnezb! I looked up the email address associated with your forum handle, and found that you do indeed have a license for 1Password for Mac version 4/5. So you don't need to purchase an upgrade after all.
I have resent the license information to you via email. There will be a link in that email to a page where you can download the license file and see instructions for applying the license to your copy of 1Password 5. You can also read those instructions here. Once you apply the license, the "trial expired" message should go away. :)
