Hello,
since the latest update (v5.3) I can't start 1password on my mac. My MacBook Pro is running OS X Yosemite v10.10.3 (german).
Can you help me?
Thanks, Sascha

Hi @Sascha Kirfel and @erin rosenthal,

I'm sorry you're having trouble opening 1Password after the update!

Erin - Thanks for letting us know how you were able to get it working again! If you run into more problems, please do let us know.

Sascha - It might help to try the steps that worked for Erin. Specifically, try dragging the 1Password app from Applications to the Trash (don't use any app-cleaning utilities), then empty the Trash, and restart your Mac. Re-download 1Password and see if it works. Don't worry, you won't lose any of your data by deleting just the app (your 1Password data is stored elsewhere on your Mac). If that doesn't help, can you please describe exactly what happens when you try to open 1Password on your Mac? If you get any error messages, what do they say?

    Thanks!
