    Hi @peter1948,

We'll be happy to help you find a solution, but first we could use a bit more info about the problem you're encountering, as well as your computer setup.

First, we'd love to know the specific version numbers of both 1Password and your operating systems for all computers and devices that are currently running 1Password.

From your subject line, it sounds like you are switching from the Mac App Store version of 1Password 5 to the AgileBits Store version. May I ask why you're switching?

And it also sounds like you are having some trouble using 1Password in Safari. Do you have the browser extension installed?

Thanks in advance for providing more detail about the issue. We look forward to helping you sort this out to get 1Password running smoothly. :)

    Hi @peter1948,

When I asked what version number of 1Password you're running, I was referring to the version of the app itself, which can be identified from the 1Password menu > About 1Password.

Browser extensions help the app work within websites; you can find the browser extension version in Safari like so: Safari > Preferences... > Extensions. It will be the number next to 1Password.

Does that help? I can give more specific information if you could describe what issue you're trying to solve. Thanks!
