Share vault issues
Hi,
I have read a couple of discussions about sharing vaults and people are having similar issues to me but not quite the same. We use a shared vault for our office, which is stored in dropbox (on our server). We have at least 7 other people able to access this, but recently there have been 3 separate people/computers that are unable to connect to this vault and they all get the same message that it is the wrong password and the same hint (that is not related to anything anyone in the office has set).
I have followed the directions of others in the forums but when I lock the vault and try to switch to a possible other vault I may have accidentally setup I dont get the option. SO i dont think this an issue of primary/secondary/master vault. I would really love if someone could please shed some light as it is getting frustrating with more and more people unable to access our team passwords.

Does anyone have that shared vault syncing against a primary vault locally? If so, if they changed their Primary Vault's Master Password, then this would have changed the password of the agilekeychain as well. I highly suspect that this is what happened.
In this kind of case, it's recommended that no one have this agilekeychain sync against their Primary Vault. If you can find the person who's syncing against the Primary vault, you can have them change the password back to what it was, then set them up with the secondary vault syncing so that it doesn't happen again.
