Creating Logins or Changing Passwords
I am running into an issue with using 1password to create logins or change a password. The issue is the "confirm your password" field that exists on almost any website. If you use 1password to suggest a password it will fill the first field. Unfortunately the second field does not get filled and usually is blocked against pasting as well.
This leaves you having to manually type the crazy sequence of characters that 1password generated. Which is quite a pain.
Am I doing something wrong or does anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks!

@Bear76 - I am fairly new user of 1P and believe that the option you are trying to use is not available on iOS devices. It's inly available on Windows and Mac, though I would wait for moderators or someone from Agilebits comment.
If it's available on iOS devices, I would love to know how as typing that crazy sequence is indeed a pain.

Thanks @devibimal you can create a login from the extension in iOS. It creates a new entry in 1password and generates a login. The main issue is just that stupid password confirmation field.

@devibimal: Not to mention some sites actively prevent both right-click and keyboard-shortcut pasting into some password fields...although it is sometimes easier to work around on a Mac or PC than on a mobile device.
@Bear76: I'm sorry for the trouble. There may be nothing we can do in this instance, as 1Password would likely fail in pasting the password just as you do; but if you can share the URL we'd be happy to test it to see if there is a workaround or -- even better -- something we can do to improve 1Password. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Hi @brenty
Thanks for the response. I was actually using one password on the eBay site to update my password with something more secure using the generate password ability. It all worked great from the extension except for the confirmation field. If there was a way 1password could identify those fields and fill the password automatically that would be ideal. As you said I'm not sure what is possible with potential protections. Also, I don't know if this is possible either but it would be great if the program offered the option to replace any existing login from the same site. Just a quick pop up asking yes or no. It would just save the step of going back and deleting the out of date login info.
One other thing that might be nice would be a created date near on the login list. That way you could easily identify the new one and delete the others.
Thanks!

That is something that we do in 1Password for Mac, and I imagine as the extension continues to evolve we will look into bringing that and other functionality over.

I'm not sure there is really room for that, personally. On a bigger screen, such as the iPhone 6 Plus or an iPad, perhaps. But on an iPhone 5? I can't see it. But I'll pass the suggestion along to our development team for their consideration. :)
