1Password 5 license
I'm trying to upgrade my iPassword 5 (have message that trial has expired). But the only licenses Agile sends me are 1Password 3. How do I get a license for my 1Password 5.

Did you ever buy an upgrade from 1PW3?
1PW4 is a paid upgrade from 1PW3, and 1PW5 is a free upgrade from 1PW4, and uses the same license. The license for 1PW4/5 is a license FILE, while the 1PW3 license is a license KEY.
If you think you have paid for an upgrade from 3 to 4, maybe you used a different email address, so the Agile database is having trouble finding it.

The answer from danco is correct, 1Password 5 for Mac is a paid upgrade from 1Password 3 for Mac (assuming you haven't previous paid to upgrade to version 4 or 5). You can find more information about that in this knowledgebase article.
As that article explains, if your license is for 1Password 3 and you need to upgrade to 1Password 5, you can enter your old license key on our web store to view the discounted upgrade options available to you. Once you upgrade, you'll receive an email with a link to download/add your 1Password 5 license file, which will fully activate 1Password 5 on your Mac.
