Family + Windows v4 upgrade to v5?

Hello.

I plug my serial # into the upgrade site and it tells me the only upgrade option I have to v5 is the Knox application.

Is there no upgrade path from Family+Windows to v5?

Also, while I'm here, I find having to use a form to ask this kind of question highly annoying.

    It would be very helpful if you'd let us know what version of 1P you are currently running.

    Hi @blahblahblah,

    I'm sorry for any confusion about your licenses and upgrade options! However, I was able to find your license information and I have some good news for you - the reason you don't have other upgrade options is because you already have licenses for the latest versions of 1Password for Mac and Windows! :)

    To elaborate on that: In February of 2014, you bought a 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle Family License. That included licenses for 1Password 4 for Mac and 1Password 1 for Windows (which were the latest versions at that time). A few months later we released 1Password 4 for Windows, and in October we released 1Password 5 for Mac. Both of those were free upgrades for you, so your licenses are for those versions (which are still the latest). I've resent your license information to your email so you have a copy of that.

    I was licensed for 4. I've been using 5 for awhile.

    Out of the blue it just said trial expired. Now when I try to add a license it wants me to select a file. I don't have a file.
