Mac and iOS question
I recently bought 1Password at the Apple App Store. It is working fine on my iMac in safari but it is not working on either my iPhone or my iPad even though the Vault has been successfully added to each via iCloud. In addition neither the Firefox extension not the Chrome extension, which I have successfully installed are working on the iMac

Hi @hartmanbl,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into trouble with 1Password. Let's see if we can sort this out.
If you wouldn't mind describing what's not working as expected, more specific details will help us get to the bottom of the issue and solve it faster. If you are seeing any error messages, those would be very helpful to know, as well.
In addition to providing that information, could you please also tell us what version of OS X you're running on your Mac, and what version of 1Password you have installed?
Thanks in advance for your reply. We look forward to helping you get 1Password up and running smoothly! :)

OS X 10.10.2 on the iMac and iOS 8.3 on both iPhone and iPad. on iOS I am guessing when I access sites via the company's app, like Fidelity, for instance, their app is not written to allow for 1Password. Do I have to access the site via Safari on both devices? With both Chrome and Firefox, some of my log-ins, two banks in particular, do not sign me in. When I look at my vault the signin and password are not there and cannot be edited

Thanks for that info, @hartmanbl, that helps a lot.
It sounds like 1Password is properly installed and working as expected. I'll be happy to clarify how you can get the most out of 1Password.

A growing number of iOS apps have built-in 1Password support (here's a list), but many still don't, apparently including Fidelity. Here's how to login to apps that do have the 1Password extension.
In the case of Fidelity and other services that don't yet have the 1Password extension in their app, you can either access the site via Safari as you suggested, or use 1Browser, the handy browser built right into 1Password for iOS.
With both Chrome and Firefox, some of my log-ins, two banks in particular, do not sign me in.
Many financial institutions have a multi-page login sequence for extra security. You can create a multi-page login by following these steps. If you still encounter problems logging in, please let us know the URL of the specific websites you're having trouble with. You may also find help by searching the forums to see if we've answered questions about the same site before.

I'm curious about this one. Do you remember saving the login item before, and the item is not there at all now? Does saving a login manually solve this problem?
