Sync hung up or not working
I can't get sync turned on.
Looks like drop box is hung up on trying to sync this has been this way for several days. I can't download files either.

Sorry to hear of your Dropbox woes. An older version of Dropbox was sometimes problematic in the way you're describing. This should be easily resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Dropbox. Please give that a try and let us know how it goes. :)

I uninstalled and reinstalled three times before I contacted you. I am using a Mac with Yosemite.

My apologies, I misidentified what that was a screenshot of. Now I see that it's the pane that appears when you click the Dropbox menubar icon and then the gear icon from there, in Dropbox 3.4.4. Mine looks the same. What is happening to make you think that sync is not working?
In 1Password, do you have Dropbox sync configured with your agilekeychain file in 1Password > Preferences > Sync?

@HKibby: The Dropbox app actually handles all of the actual syncing, and it is saying all of the files in your Dropbox folder are up to date (in your screenshot).
The best thing to do would be to check to make sure your 1Password data is actually in your Dropbox folder as Vee suggested, because if it is not Dropbox of course won't be syncing it!
Please follow the steps in our Dropbox troubleshooting guide, and if you're still having trouble be sure to let us know what actions you are taking and what is (or is not) happening as you expect along with which OS and 1Password versions you're using. We'll get to the bottom of this! :)
