Charged Twice for a License
I just bought the full license for 1Password, but my bank account shows that I was charged twice. What options do I have?

Where did you make your purchase? The AgileBits web store? If so, send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com and explain what happened. I'm sure they will straighten it out.
If you have two licenses from the Apple Mc App Store, that must be because you have used different AppleIDs. In that case, you'll need to contact Apple, since the AgileBits folks get no information about who buys from the Apple stores.

Checking our records it seems you now have a refund for one of the licences. I can't explain why but yes, it does look like two very separate purchases went through. I'm just happy you noticed and queried this so we could sort it out in a timely manner.
