Same Problem, but just on the iPad-version of 1Password 6! iCloud Sync on my iPhone (also 1Password 6) and Mac (1Password 5.3) works fine!?!?

We are working on pinning down the source of the iCloud issues that you are seeing. We have identified two unique issues and to better determine what is going on with your own individual devices I would recommend the following:
Reboot your iOS device.
If that doesn't work, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

I've sent in the requested diagnostic reports as well from both iOS devices and one of my Mac's. The other Mac isn't reachable right now, but is experiencing the same issues as the Mac I sent the report on.

I am having the same issue on both my iPhone 6 and iPad Mini 2. The sync never stops and doesn't actually sync anything. All was working fine on iOS 8.4.1. I've submitted the diagnostic from my iPhone, and got the ID: #KHM-99265-328.
Thanks

I was having the same problem but basically did what @FYIJames suggested and it immediately started working.
I opened the native mail app and opened the native calendar (perhaps opening a connection to iCloud - who knows). And then i went into 1P and iCloud sync worked immediately.

I'm having the same problem. I've synced to iCloud on an iPad 3 running iOS 9.1 beta. It can resync with itself ok, but my iPhone 5s running iOS 9.0 gets stuck looking for the synced data like everyone else is reporting. On the iPhone, I can see there a 1password file in iCloud; it's just that the 1password program can't read it.

I finally got my Mac, iPhone, and iPad to sync again. I turned off the sync function in each device by going into Settings, Advanced, and selecting "Erase iCloud Data". I then selected "Erase Data and Settings" for each device. Afterwards, I turned sync back on for the Mac since it contained the datafile backups. Then turned on the sync for each device. All is working normal again.

I was able to get my iOS devices to start syncing again to iCloud by doing the same thing @airbudrecords did. However, to get my OS X devices to start to sync again, I ended up following the AgileBits "Starting over" guide. Once I did that, it found the iCloud data after reboot and everything is happy again. What's unusual is I did these same steps earlier in the day and they had no effect.

Just upgraded to iOS 9 and having an iCloud sync issue with iPhone. 1password sync via iCloud to iPad with no problems. Cannot sync to iPhone. Just sits there and says looking for iCloud information. Any help greatly appreciated.

Same here. By turning the iCloud syncing off and then on again 1P ver. 6 appeared to find the vault OK but then went into a never ending sync where nothing was actually happening. Same issue on both iPhone and iPad.

How can I create a diagnostic report if I can't set up 1Password on my iPad?
0 -
I am trying to set up iCloud sync on iphone and ipad. I have upgraded to ios9 (was NOT using 1passwd before this upgrade).
When I select 'sync with icloud' on iPhone it says 'looking up iCloud information' and never advances past that point.
I have tried all of the recommendations (shutting off icloud drive, restarting device, etc) to no avail. The only thing I didn't do is to log out of icloud since that removes the apple pay cards, and I don't want to set those up again since virtually every other iCloud syncing I do is working fine. Anything else I can try? I'd rather not use dropbox ;)Thanks

Hi folks,
Our developers are investigating this issue. At this point the diagnostics reports we've collected have not been helpful in tracking down the cause, though we do certainly appreciate everyone sending them in so far (we had hoped they might point us in the right direction).
At this point we do not need further diagnostics reports on this issue.
We'll report back once we have more information.
Thanks!
Ben

@bwoodruff, something that occurred to me after I got everything working again was that in addition to the 1Password issues syncing with iCloud, I was also having issues with my ios 9 devices backing up to iCloud. AppleCare had me reset network settings on the devices and the backups started behaving correctly. Wonder if this also cleared up the 1Password problem as well, and just required the database to be recreated in iCloud from the iOS9 device, and then synchronized to the OS X devices?

Same Issue at iPhone and iPad here.

Thanks for letting us know, @fischmanr. Hopefully we can find a solution that does not require folks to reset their network settings, but good to know that may be a possible solution if not.
