I am having the same issues and tried a number of things:
    1. Deleted the iCloud sync file
    2. Deleted App and reinstalled
    3. Turned iCloud Sync on and Off for the App
    4. Turned iCloud Sync on and Off for the all iCloud Drive
    5. Reset network settings
    6. Turned Cellular Data Off and then turned device off and on
    7. Created a new vault and tried to sync

No other iCloud Service (I use many) have issues. This is an Agilebits issue that is not being addressed. I have used the service for years.

@amking0: Have you tried to sync after connecting the device to power? Many people have reported that this allows iCloud Sync to function properly. Please let me know how it turns out!

@MikeT As far as i know LPM is activated only by user action or when battery goes under 20%. In all cases my battery was full and LPM was disabled.

@hsalazar: Indeed, that's precisely how it's supposed to work! That's why it's a bug: CloudKit is behaving as if it's in low power mode and not syncing properly as a result. So connecting to power seems to ensure that it defnitely doesn't think it's in low power mode and fail to sync.

No other iCloud Service (I use many) have issues. This is an Agilebits issue that is not being addressed. I have used the service for years.

@ssnrs1: Please try connecting to power, as others have reported that this allows CloudKit to sync properly. Unfortunately AgileBits doesn't control the CloudKit API or or iCloud server infrastructure, as these are owned and operated by Apple.

If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)*

*In 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, enable Cloud Keychain and Sync

Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get this sorted out for you! :)

It only works for me when the iPhone or iPad are connected to power. It doesn't work when unplugged even if the device has 100% battery and not in low power mode :(

@brenty sync worked when connected to power - thanks! hopefully Apple fixes this soon :)

  • We are working on an update to work around this issue such that sync will work even when not connected to power. Thanks!

Great... i did an upgrade to v6.0.1 and now iCloud Sync works without being connected to power. Thanks to AgileBits team. :+1:

  • Excellent news! We're really hopeful that will be the result for everyone with this specific issue. Thanks for the update!
