Moved from Dropbox to iCloud now sync issues

I have three machines involved: 2012 MacBook Pro (530029, El Capitan), 2014 MacBook Air (532001, Yosemite), iPhone 6 (iOS 9.0.1). Everything was fine.

Now Ive got the MacBook Pro and the iPhone communicating, the MacBook Air is not syncing. At the top level of my iCloud is the 1Password.agilekeychain file. I think everything is pointed to that for syncing, but obviously I'm missing something.

What have I got crossed up?

    @Johnnylane: It sounds like you've manually copied the vault to iCloud Drive. This won't work the way you want it to, as 1Password uses CloudKit, not iCloud Drive, to sync data so iOS devices can access it. Be sure to follow the steps in the guide that Stephen_C linked, as it will help you make sure that everything is set up correctly. let us know if you have any questions! :)
