Unsupported JWK algorithm RSA-OAEP-256
Very weird... I can't log in to my 1PWD for Teams account on my iMac running 10.11.1 using Safari 9.0.1 (11601.2.7.2). I have checked and re-checked that the data I'm entering is accurate and I know that I've got the correct login url, email address, master password (which I know is case sensitive) and account key so is this a temporary glitch at your end or an issue my end?
I get a message that reads, "Unsupported JWK algorithm RSA-OAEP-256"
I also get an email saying that my "1Password account () was recently used to sign in from a new device" followed by an image of the Safari icon and the date and time at which I logged in so it seems that your system acknowledged the login even though I wasn't!
1Password Version: 5.4 (540046) (MAS)
Extension Version: 4.4.3
OS Version: 10.11.1

Hi @TimL,
We're still in the process of rolling out Safari support. We took the first big step the other day, and now all new teams and accounts should have Safari support built into their accounts. Unfortunately it looks like yours is using the older encryption algorithm that Safari lacks. When this happens the login process gets about half way through before failing, as you're seeing.
The workaround for now is to use Chrome or Firefox if your account predates our current fix. We're still working on providing a fix that will work for all existing accounts.

Gotcha, Rick. Makes sense to me. Thank you!

Are there any updates on this issue? Is it an issue with when the Teams account was setup, or when the individual user account was setup?

I am sorry about the delay!
It turned out to be a bit more work than we expected. We hope to provide an upgrade path for Safari support soon.

I’m interested in this too. Can my account or vaults be deleted and re-created? So far I have not put any “real” data into it because I am waiting on Safari support (so my wife can use it too). With Safari support we’d start using it heavily right away.

@natevancouver yep - this is the same for me BUT I can say that if the cost is going to be what I understand it may be (from another thread) - $4.99 per user per month when it comes out of beta - then I'm out anyway because that ($120pa for the two of us) is sadly way too expensive for me

@natevancouver If you email support@1password.com from the email address that created the account, we can help you with the team deletion and recreation such that you have the correct keys for use with Safari.
Cheers.
