1Cloud Sync in 1Password 6 fails
Just installed 1P6 - the Agile version. Tried switching from DropBox sync to iCloud. My iCloud account has 2-Factor authentication enabled. When I switch the sync option I get prompted for the security code in Safari, I enter the code and the Apple site displays a "spinner". 1P6 says it is loading iCloud settings and never completes. I left it for about 10 minutes. Vault is under 1000 items.
I'm also getting 2 mini-icons in the menu bar.
Any suggestions?
UPDATE: AFTER MULTIPLE RESTARTS IT IS WORKING.
1Password Version: 6.0
Extension Version: 4.5.2

Update: several restarts later and the 2nd menu icon finally vanished.

Hi @dzakary ,
The second icon sounds like you have two copies of 1Password on your machine. I recommend deleting the older one, then try setting up sync again. After you log in, iCloud sends back a token and signal to 1Password to set up sync. If that signal does not arrive, 1Password can not set up the sync. It sounds like the other copy of 1Password got the signal.
After trying it again, please let us know if it worked or if not, what happened.
Thanks,

One copy on the machine (Mac). I do have a copy under Windows via Parallels. Could that have conflicted? It may have been running at the time. After a few restarts it seems to be working fine now.
Thanks.

Glad that it is working for you @dzakary,
No, something installed in Windows under Parallels should not conflict with you. It's possible that in the upgrade process the older version was removed but was still running or was relaunched by accident when it was closed in order to upgrade.
