While I was setting up iPhone it crashes and somehow I lost my Master Password.

How can I retrieve my Master Password? While I was setting up my iPhone 1Password crashed and somehow I lost my Master Password. I was just getting it set up so I didn't lose anything. I tried reinstalling and that didn't do anything to help.

OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Sync Type: iCloud

    @ADCook as your post relates to 1P for iOS I have moved the post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P for iOS forum where you will get more help.

    Please tell us:

    • So far as you can recall, what version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
    • Your iOS version number
    • Whether you sync your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
    • If relevant, what sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)
    • Whether you have a full, up-to-date set of 1P data either on any other device or on a specific 1Password for iOS backup

    Hi @ADCook,

    welcome to the 1Password forum and sorry for the troubles you are running into setting up 1Password.

    Additionally to the questions @Stephen_C already asked. I'd like to know where during the setup 1Password crashed? Also were you prompted to submit a crash report when you reopened the app? If yes, did you submit it? This would greatly help us to find out why this is happening so we can fix it.
