1P crashes whenever I try to resize window

Hi,

Recently 1Password crashes whenever I try to resize the app window, or the columns within the window. I've linked the report log generated below. Additionally, I sometimes get the following error too:

Exception: -[__NSCFType _updateFrame:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x1003e9880

I tried deleting preferences from the user Library but that didn't seem to do anything. Can you help?

James

  • Hi @jamesbowskill,

Thanks for writing in. 1Password version 3 is starting to show its age and is no longer working very well on 10.11. You can try deleting the preferences, which you've already done... but after deleting the preferences on newer version of OS X, you need to either reboot or run "killall cfprefsd" in a Terminal. Otherwise preferences get cached, even if you restart the app. That might help you out.
