Replace Mac 1Password db with my iPhone db

Mac OS X is El Capitan 10.11.4
I lost my Time Machine HDD and now have a new image on the Mac so how to WiFi sync my iPhone over to the mac??

Thanks for taking the time to write in. You can find instructions for syncing your Mac and your iPhone below. That said I'd highly recommend making a backup of the iOS device, following these instructions, first:
