I use Mac. I have a trial version. I want to install a paid version. I don't remember my master pw. I have tried all of your suggestions.
How should I proceed, please.

    Hi @billr062,

    I'm sorry to hear you lost your Master Password, I hope you've not lost too much data. AgileBits can't recover your Master Password for you, so if you are sure you won't remember it your only option is to start over with a new vault. Keep in mind that this is a permanent solution and what you had saved this far will be lost, so procede with caution!
