Zero Day 1Password Problem

Since the beginning of time, when I use 1Password to login to my credit union, the username never applies and I have to do it manually. This is the same whether using Mac or Windows. Website is https://www.cafcu.org Really kind of annoying! Thanks!!

    Thanks so much for including the URL in your original post - that makes it much easier for us to sort things out. :)

    Have you tried saving the item manually? I just created a new item, and 1Password fills both the account number and password correctly. Here’s what I did:

    1. Open https://www.cafcu.org/
    2. Type in ‘my’ information, but do not hit the ‘sign in’ button
    3. Use ⌘⌥\ ( Command-Option- \ ) to open 1Password mini (unlock if necessary)
    4. Click on the gear icon in the corner
    5. Select ‘Save new Login’
    6. Enter a title for the item and confirm the save
    7. Clear the fields
    8. Use ⌘\ ( Command- \ ) to see if 1Password can fill.

    Those steps gave me a Login item that filled both fields correctly. Please let me know if they work for you!

    Whoo hoo! I’m sorry to hear that you waited years for that result, but it’s great to know its working now. :)

    Those ‘save new Login’ steps are handy to keep around in your back pocket. If any of your other 1Password items are acting up, you can often help 1Password relearn how to fill on a page by using those steps.
