    Hey @tejada2! I'm sorry to hear that. It looks like you already viewed our knowledge base article on what to do if you forgot your Master Password, but that's the best place to go for this. Your Master Password is something only you know, and if you wrote it down somewhere I'd recommend looking there. Otherwise, you'll need to start over with a new vault. Hope that helps.
