I am unable to resolve this issue using Chrome on a MacBook Pro running 10.11.4.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting procedures, but still get the "Cannot Fill Item in Web Browser" error using the latest version of Chrome on a MacBook Pro running 10.11.4. Please help.

    Just to confirm, you've relaunched Chrome? Chrome does live updates and as a result invalidates its own signature when running, so its possible that even though you may have relaunched before, it may have invalidated itself again.

    Let us know if that works, or if you need anything else.

    I relaunched Chrome, went to About Google Chrome where it shows this: Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) Google Chrome is up to date. Restarted the computer and still have the same problem that started about a week ago.

    Do you happen to have the OS X Firewall turned on? or a 3rd party product such as McAfee or Norton installed that could be blocking the connection between the Chrome extension and 1Password Mini?
