"Safari can't install this extension" message

I found it in the knowledge base and it suggested restarting safari. it still doesn't work after that.

    Hi @blimmer,

    Sorry to hear you're getting that error in Safari!

    Are you getting that error when trying to install the 1Password extension? If so, is it possible you already have the extension installed in Safari? Trying to install it when it's already installed can cause that error message. From Safari, please go to Safari > Preferences and click the Extensions tab. Is 1Password listed there? If so, that explains the error. The latest stable version of the 1Password extension is 4.5.6, so if you already have that installed, you shouldn't need to do anything else.
