My teams account is frozen, but I want to migrate to families...

My teams account trial expired, but I want to move to a families account anyway. There doesn't appear to be a tool in the admin console like I expected to do that. How do I migrate my account?

    Send an email to support@1password.com from the original creation email for the account. After verification, the staff will be able to assist you.

    Once you submit the email you will get a support case number, please post it back here so the staff can link the 2 discussions.
