syncing is working but not updating on my iPhone or iPad

Hello,
When I add a new app (i.e. Facebook) in 1Password on my computer, 1Password my iPhone & iPad do not update and add the app. If I manually enter all info there is no problem, but I want to use the app properly. I use dropbox for my syncing. Also, both devices appear to sync without issue, but the app will not appear after syncing.
Please help me.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues wit 1Password. Let me see if I understand what's going on, if you add a new item on your computer it doesn't sync to your other two devices, is this right? What you mean by "If I manually enter all info there is no problem" is that you add the information also on your iPhone and iPhone? Finally, syncing works well between the iOS devices but not with your computer, right?

    The first step in fixing this issue is to please follow this troubleshoot guide: https://support.1password.com/dropbox-troubleshooting/. Some of the suggestions here might just do the trick, and if they don't it will help to point us in the right direction!
