I want to create additional categories, but cannot find a way to do it.

    Hi @srswah,

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    At this time it is not possible to create brand new categories. I'll make sure the developers know you would like to see that functionality added in the future. :)

    For now, you can add custom fields to any item to create a limitless arrangement. I like using Secure Notes since they begin life as a sort of "blank canvas". Here are a couple examples from the aforelinked section in the User Guide:
