1 have purchased a 1Password license, but my account is now frozen. What do I do?

I recently switched to a new Macbook, and I guess I installed 1password... incorrectly?
Even though I added my license file to the app, I still only got 30 days of trial, and then my account got frozen.
I have paid $50 for a license, and still have both the paypal receipt and license file.

I tried installing the app from "homebrew cask" and from

    @mminkov: Thanks for reaching out. You've come to the right place! I’m sorry for the confusion! A license purchase for the standalone 1Password app does not apply to a subscription. If you'd prefer to use the subscription service (to get access to all of the apps, the web interface, and not have to deal with licenses or sync configuration), that is a separate purchase. In that case, shoot us an email at [email protected] with a copy of your receipt and we'll see if there's something we can do for you there. :)
