WLAN sync timed out

I cannot sync my iPhone 6 with my Windows computer over wifi. I set everything up and it says, "sync started" on my phone, but my computer says, "sync status: idle" and after a minute or two my phone says, "sync error: timeout."

Yes, they are connected to the same wifi network, it has worked before in the past.

Please help.

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:
