Frozen account vs license
I've been using 1Password on and off for a few years. The last license I bought was in December 2015, it's still valid and I have the license details. At some point recently I was prompted to create a subscription account—but I didn't realize you'd switched from licensing to subscription. Now my trial period has run out, my account is frozen and won't let me do anything but read.
While I understand the benefits of subscription, and I'm weighing up whether that's useful to me, and would really like to be able to carry on using the product I bought in the meantime. As I understand it, if I paid for a license in the past there's no reason I ~shouldn't~ be able to continue using 1p—but the system doesn't seem to be able to recognize this.
Would love it if you could help me out!

Hey @itsbojo! I'm glad you got a chance to give a 1Password account a try. :) No worries if you don't want to switch to it from what you've already got. Your license doesn't apply to the account, so if you want to use 1Password without the account you can go back to doing that:

If you'd like to keep using the account, subscribe from your billing page and you'll be all good to go. Hope this helps!
