My 'secret key' is not recognized but I confirmed it thru 1Password App-Preferences-Account

I know my 'Secret Key' as I have it written down (somewhere safe) but my attempts to log in via the web (Chrome) says it's wrong. So, I verified it by going to the 1Password App, went to Preferences, then Accounts, where the Secret Key is the same. Help!

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Are you certain the other details (particularly sign-in domain and email address) are correct? If you have an individual account your sign-in domain will be my.1password.com. If you have a 1Password Families or 1Password Teams account then the sign-in domain will be unique to that family/team (e.x. agilebits.1password.com).
