Online account not recognised.

Okay, I have "subscribed" to the online version after many years happily using the synched version with dropbox, now for some reason my address password etc is not recognised when I try with the new account. I can't login, can't set this up on iPhones etc. Frustrating.....

    Hi @asweatman! I'd be happy to help out. Could you try signing in from 1Password.com in your browser? Your sign-in address is https://my.1password.com if you have an individual account, and if you have a family account it would be a custom one you created when you signed up. Once you sign in there, you can add the account to the 1Password apps on your iPhones and other devices:
