need to cancel account but cant login to my old email address

I left my company and can no longer access [email address removed; this is a public forum] I don't want to login to the account I just want to cancel because my personal credit card is still being charged

    @bobbiheffernan: If you haven't setup billing, you will not be charged. If you have, you can remove your payment details from your account:

    https://start.1password.com/billing

    or, if you want to delete the account completely, you can do so from your Profile page:

    https://start.1password.com/profile

    Scroll down to the bottom and you'll find the option to Permanently Delete Account. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
