Well, unbeknownst to me, my daughter downloaded 1Password well over a month ago. We have subseqently been billed $35.99 for the annual subscription renewal on 11/20. However, on 11/6 I requested that account be deleted, since the master password was forgotten. I then downloaded and signed up through my Mac for the family account and have not been billed yet (I think). How can I rectify this? We have already been billed through iTunes and don't want any extra billing.
