I just got an email saying my subscription was renewed, but I don't use that account anymore.
How do I go about getting a refund?

@jamiemcveigh: Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you should probably cancel billing for the account first so you're not charged any further if you subscribed and then forgot about it. I see that you also emailed us separately, so I'll reply there shortly to see what can be done. To be clear, if you subscribed through Apple, we cannot offer a refund as only they have access to their systems. But we're always happy to help with account issues in any way we can at support@1password.com

I think it's best we continue the conversation via email to avoid confusion, but I did want to answer this here in case it helps anyone else.
If you subscribed through Apple, all of this needs to be done through them:
https://support.1password.com/apple-subscription/
Otherwise, when subscribed through the website, payment information can be removed on the account's billing page:
https://start.1password.com/billing
And the account can also be deleted from the bottom of the Profile page (individual accounts):
https://start.1password.com/profile
Or at the bottom of the Settings page (families, teams, businesses):
https://start.1password.com/settings
