Website is quoting $2.99/month billed annually but I was charged $3.99

Hi,
The 1Password website says for a single user the charges are $2.99 when billed annually, However, I have been charged $3.99 for a team account with a single user. I cannot find an option where I can change to the $2.99 plan. Can someone fix it.
