Firefox Extension Greyed Out and Not Working
Hi,
I have the extension installed on Chrome and it works fine. I was trying to install it on Firefox but it just stays greyed out and doesn't work. I've reinstalled the extension which didn't work. I then removed and completely reinstalled Firefox and the extension and still nothing. The desktop app also works fine. Any ideas?

Oh - should also mention I saw in another thread about this that both Firefox and 1P have to be in the Applications folder, which they are.

Welcome to the forum, @untelligent! I'm sorry for the trouble. If you're certain that both Firefox and 1Password are in your main Applications folder, then let's take this one step at a time:
- Remove the 1Password extension from Firefox
- Quit Firefox and drag it to the Trash
- Quit 1Password completely (Command Option Control Q) and drag it to the Trash
- Restart your Mac
- Install a fresh copy of Firefox: https://firefox.com
- Install a fresh copy of 1Password for Mac, version 7.1.2: https://c.1password.com/dist/1P/mac7/1Password-7.1.2.pkg
- Install the 1Password extension: https://1password.com/browsers/
