Windows app for 1PW will not accept Master PW altho it works on the web version.
1PW current version (DL today)
My Master Password works fine on the web, and on an Android phone, but the Windows App will not accept it.
Tried uninstall/reinstall/re-download twice.
There might have been an earlier 1PW installation 4-6 months ago, but it was never really used and was uninstalled at that time.
1Password Version: whatever would have downloaded today
Extension Version: whatever would have downloaded today
OS Version: Win10 Pro, version 1809, and well patched
Sync Type: how would I know?

Hi @wpfreeman,
Thanks for writing in. Uninstalling 1Password would not remove the old database, so that may be why you can't unlock.
Try renaming the existing data folder and sign in again, it should help. Here's how to rename: https://support.1password.com/starting-over/?windows
