I have the same problem. I have the Early Access client working on my home machine (Win10), but can't seem to be able to login on my work machine (also Win10). I do have 2FA enabled (Security Key and TOTP), which I can (but would really rather not) try to disable to see if it works...

    Hi tdube!

Sorry to hear about this! I would like to ask you to generate a diagnostics report from your Mac and email it to us to support+forum@agilebits.com, so we can take a closer look at why this is happening to you.

    1. Open 1Password.
    2. Click 1Password in the menu bar.
    3. Click Preferences.
    4. Click Advanced in the new window that appears.
    5. Click Send Diagnostics.
    6. Click Reveal.
    7. Attach the .1pdiagnostics file saved in that folder to your message.

After you have sent the email, please feel free to post the ticket number you received so we can locate your message and connect it with this forum discussion.

    Looking forward to your message!
