I'm sorry that Apple Watch unlock isn't working to unlock 1Password on your Mac. It sounds like you might be running into an issue that our developers are investigating. So that I can confirm this, and offer any temporary workarounds that might exist for your situation, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
