ModeratorI'm sorry for the delay in responding. Thank you for providing those details. Can you please see if you can reproduce the issue using the latest TestFlight version and iOS 17.0.1 after trying these steps:
- Fully close Safari on iOS.
- Fully close 1Password on iOS.
- Open and unlock the main 1Password app from your home screen.
- Open Safari and go to any webpage.
- Tap on the AA icon in the address bar.
- Tap on 1Password in the menu.
- Follow the prompt to unlock 1Password for Safari.
If the issue still occurs then, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
