All devices offline

Hi, all our devices are offline and unable to connect to 1password and sync.  On Android devices we are seeing a red cloud with a line through it, on 1Password app on windows constant spinning wheel where online status should be. Also, if trying to connect in Chrome browser, Chrome responds that that the server is not responding correctly. I am assuming that all these issues are connected. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

    1. Does the issue persist even after restarting your devices?
    2. Have you tested to see if you see the same issue on another network? Like a cellular hotspot?
    3. Can you reproduce the issue when signing in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com using the link in this post?

      Hi Dave, thanks for the swift response. Yes, it did persist on restart of devices. Switching wifi off on the phone resolved it however, so i just rebooted the router and now we are back in business. Any ideas what the issue would have been? Seems to have started misbehaving sometime yesterday.

        I'm glad that restarting both your router and your devices resolved the issue. I took a look and I didn't see any other recent reports of this behaviour so I can't say exactly why it might have occurred in your case. Since the issue didn't occur on another network for you, it sounds like something might have been not working on the network side of things. 

        If you experience any other issues then don't hesitate to let us know.

    Hi, all of our 1Password apps are showing offline, also unable to sign in to 1password through the browser, Chrome reporting: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

    Sync, browser extensions not working.

    Anybody else seeing this issue? 

    I also just posted this message and it was taken down in minutes - spam filter over-eager?

      Your first post, All devices offline, has multiple responses. You subsequently posted at least four new posts all with the same title, "Re: All devices offline", all of which should have been replies in the first post's thread(s). Community staff have merged each of those four into that post.

      It's unclear why you keep posting new threads with the same title, but that is not how you reply to messages in a thread. To do that you click 🗩 Reply under the message to which you want to reply.

      In addition to polluting the search with all these new posts, you spam subscribers with email notifications, so please follow up to your original post unless you want to post something on a new and different subject.
