I use the app on MacOS. I have a business plan and a personal plan, and my personal plan is used for unlocking 1Password. In the last few months, I noticed that the app is not respecting my...

8 months agoThank you for answering those questions. The next time that you're prompted for your account password, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
.
With your email please include:
- A link to this thread: https://1password.community/discussion/147494/app-asking-for-password-repeatedly
- Your forum username:

- The time when you were prompted for your account password.
- Please do not post your diagnostic report to the forum. This is for your privacy and security.
