I've tested the site, and it appears that they are using frame elements which makes it hard for 1Password to effectively interact with the page. I'll report this to our development team. Hopefully we can improve this behaviour for a future release.
If you don't already have an Login saved for the site, you'll have to create one manually from the app:
1. Open 1Password 7.
2. Click "+" and choose Login.
3. Give the Login a unique name and add your username, password and the URL for the site.
4. Click Save.
If you already have a Login saved for e-boekhouden, you'll be able to autofill your credentials by clicking the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choosing Autofill from there.
