I'm sorry for the trouble, it sounds like you may be running into an issue we are currently investigating.
Can you try the following steps on both browser profiles to re-sync your account with 1Password, and let me know if they help?
- Open your browser.
- Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and select "Settings".
- Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
- Under Accounts & Vaults, click the ( â‹® ) three dots to sign out of your account. (This will be greyed out if "Integrate with 1Password app" is still enabled)
- Click "+ Sign in to a new account" to sign back in.
