Cannon upgrade to 1 PW 8

Cannot upgrade to 1 PW 8. Using Mac Ver 12.6 Monterey. The zip file seems to work but the installer file will not open. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello @1NoahTN! 👋

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing 1Password on your Mac. Can you please try the following steps:

    1. Restart your Mac
    2. Download a new copy of the installer from our website: https://1password.com/downloads/mac/
    3. Right-click on the downloaded ZIP file and then click Archive Utility (not WinZip)
    4. Once the installer is extracted, double-click on "1Password Installer.app"

    If that doesn't work then can you tell me if you see any error messages when you try to run the installer?

    When I download 1PW 8 I get a zip file. When I open the zip file using WinZip.app I get the 1Password Installer.app, version 8.9.4 but this installer file will not open. Any help would be appreciated.
