Thanks for the question! If you already have a 1Password account, and you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com, then all that you need to do is install the desktop app and 1Password in the browser:

Once you've added your 1Password account to the desktop app, you'll be able to immediately see all of your items on your new laptop.
