Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify, do you only have one website address (the subdomain in question) saved in the Login item for OPNsense? Or do you have multiple website addresses? Is the login being suggested by 1Password on the page but just not being filled? Or is it not being suggested at all?
If you create a new Login item for OPNsense with only that one subdomain and set it to "Only fill on this exact domain" then does that new Login item appear as a suggestion on the page?
