Didn't get discount as a new user
Hi there
I just created an account and still under the 14 days free period. I would like to subscribe for the Families Plan and everything showing that I'll save 40% but when I am up to the payment page it requires me to agree to pay the $79.07 USD. How can I confirm the 40% off discount will apply as it requires me to agree on the full price without discount???

The full price you're seeing when you signed up doesn't reflect any discounts (you can see that mentioned in the text underneath the highlighted yellow in your screenshot), but I'm going to see if we can make that clearer, because it's easy to overlook!

I'm sorry for any confusion. The discount is applied after you add your payment method, if you run into any issues then please send an email to support@1Password.com and our billing team will be there to help.

I had the same issue...it very clearly says I'll be charged around $72. There is a note saying additional members are billed separately...which is even worse as it seems as if the family plan isn't even including all 5? (I doubt this is true...but **bleep** the language is really bad.) There's 0 mention of the discount like I see in the screenshot above.
If the price is discounted, this needs to be clear. If 5 family members are included, this needs to be clear. As of now, I'm most likely going to move on from 1Password as this experience has soured me on this price. I don't feel like I can trust this.- 1P_Dave

Thank you for the feedback. The discount doesn’t show up in the initial price. It’s applied after you add your payment method, which can feel a bit confusing if you’re expecting to see the lower price right away and I'll share your feedback as well.
